Steven D. Martin is a graduate of the University of New Haven, B.S. 1990 and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, J.D. 1993. Prior to coming to the WSK&L, Mr. Martin had a private practice in New York City specializing in Real Estate, Banking Law and Corporate client representation with his main focus on the representation of financial lending institutions, Foreclosure actions, Bankruptcy, and transactional real estate matters. His practice also included criminal court representation and he is a certified court evaluator. Steve joins our firm with his main focus being on real estate, both commercial and residential, and estate planning.
